Adult Group Classes Policies
We strongly recommend pre-registering for class to minimize class time taken for administrative procedures.

At the first class, arrive about 15 minutes before the start of the first class to register and pay tuition.
Payment forms currently accepted by Jacksonville Dance Center include Cash, Check. Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card may be used, however please note 3% fee for credit card processing will be enforced. This Fees are non-refundable.

24 Hour Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show and Refund Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Jacksonville Dance Center. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we request at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Any late arrivals will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.
Any appointment missed, late, canceled, or no-show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount, and an appointment will be taken off the package. All dance lesson purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Group class purchases paid in advance will be refunded in full if withdrawal is before the first class of the session. Otherwise, withdrawals are allowed only at the end of the first class, minus the cost of the first class.
There is no refund or credit for missing classes. After the second class, there are no refunds, only credit towards private lessons or future group classes. Credit will expire one year from the purchase date.
Before admittance to any group class or private lesson, a signed release is required. Minors require a parent/guardian signature.
