Latin and Ballroom Progressive Group Classes for Adults 2025

One Year Dance Program

Session Schedule:

  • Session 1: January-May (16 weeks of progressive group classes)
  • Session 2: June-August (12 weeks of progressive group classes)
  • Session 3: September-December (12 weeks of progressive group classes)

Session 1 Start Date:

  • Monday, January 20, 2025
    • Level 1: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
    • Level 2: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Description: In this program, you’ll learn the most popular Ballroom and Latin dances. The series focuses on the fundamentals of frame, footwork, posture, and timing. We also delve into more technical aspects like leading and following with a partner for both Ballroom and Latin styles. The progressive instruction model means each week’s lesson builds on the previous one, incorporating new steps and techniques for efficient and productive learning.

Level 1:

  • Class Time: 6:30 PM
  • Learn 7 popular dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-cha, Rumba, Swing, and Salsa.
  • Focus on the fundamentals of frame, footwork, posture, and timing, along with leading and following techniques.
  • Classes are 55 minutes long.
  • Progressive classes are highly effective for learning and retaining dance techniques.
  • No contracts to sign.
  • Private Lessons: Available at $75 per lesson for more tailored instruction.
  • Couples and singles are welcome—no partner needed!

Level 2:

  • Class Time: 7:30 PM
  • Based on Silver and Gold Syllabus.
  • Learn more figures from the silver and gold syllabus while continuing to refine previously learned figures, focusing on technique, frame, lead/follow, timing, musicality, and form.

Tuition:

  • Session 1 (Jan-May): 16 weeks – $265
  • Session 2 (June-Aug): 12 weeks – $200
  • Session 3 (Sept-Dec): 12 weeks – $200

To attend both Level 1 and Level 2, please contact us. Payment via personal checks and cash only, accepted at the class.

Pre-Registration: Pre-registration is strongly recommended to minimize administrative time during classes.

Registration: At the first class, arrive about 15 minutes early to register and pay tuition (cash or personal check only).

Withdrawals: A 24-hour cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy applies. All appointments require a 24-hour notice for changes. Missed appointments will incur charges equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Group class purchases are refundable in full before the first class of the session; otherwise, withdrawals are allowed only after the first class, minus the cost of the first class. No refunds or credits for missed classes after the second class. Credits towards private lessons or future group classes expire one year from the purchase date.

Liability Release: A signed release is required before attending any group class or private lesson. Minors require a parent/guardian signature.
